    Ayam yang telah dibersihkan di lumur dgn bhn tumbuk tadi. Perap dan kukus sekejap

    Masukkan santan ke dalam kuali, masukkan semua bhn blender(halia, cili kering, bwg merah) kacau perlahan-lahan sampai pekat, kemudian masukkan jus asam jawa, garam & gula secukup rasa

    Sementara tunggu kuah pekat, bakar ayam yg dikukus tadi sehingga agak garing, siramkan dgn kuah percik diatasnya setelah ayam siap dibakar
