      Lumurkan ketam bersama garam dan kunyit.

      Goreng dalam air fryer
      ▪️suhu 165 darjah
      ▪️masa 5 minit (ikut saiz ketam)

      Tumbuk (blend pun boleh)
      – 3 bawang merah
      – 1 bawang putih
      – sedikit halia

      Tumis bahan di atas.

      Masukkan 5-10 tangkai cili kering(kisar)+serbuk cili(jika suka pedas)

      Masukkan 2 sudu besar sos tiram.
